Job Role: Property Manager - Maternity cover contract
Location: Nottingham City Centre
Pay rate: £18,000k pro rata
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm or 11am-5pm
An exciting opportunity to join an independent property specialist in the heart of Nottingham city centre, our client are looking for someone with world class customer service skills.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for organising the maintenance of the property portfolio and day to day office management
What will the role involve:
Liaising with clients, tenants and suppliers
Answering inbound calls, taking messages, booking in viewings, inspections and valuations
Handling all maintenance correspondence, instructing repairs, following up with landlords and tenants
Organising tenancy agreements/renewals, preparing inventories and proposals
Working to industry regulations and compliance guidelines
Checking and authorising invoices for payment
General administration and housekeeping duties
