Job Role: Project Administrator
Pay rate: £9-10ph
Hours: Monday – Friday 9-5
Harper Recruitment Group are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join an innovative organisation based a short commute from Nottingham City Centre.
You will be providing an all-round support to the Finance/Project team and acting as a key relationship builder.
What will the role involve?
• Processing Sales Orders and quotations
• Raising invoices and purchase orders
• Arranging travel and accommodation for engineers
• Liaising with the finance and project teams
• Running regular monthly invoice reports
• Setting up new suppliers and managing existing suppliers
• Using Sage 200
• Providing reception cover, answering calls and greeting visitors
• Undertaking a variety of administration duties
Who are we looking for?
• Proven Administration experience
• Experience within a Finance team advantageous
• IT Savvy
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
