Role: PA to Partner & HR Assistant (Maternity cover)
Rate: £20-25k doe +free onsite parking
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5hours
Our client - a leading Accountancy firm are looking for a savvy and efficient PA to support one of their Senior Partners
We are looking for a highly organised, attentive and sharp individual with a strong communication and organisational skills.
What will the role involve?
Providing support and diary management to senior partner
Manage and maintain executive schedules
Screening and prioritising inbox and correspondence
Booking travel itinerary
Attend executive/board meetings, compilation of minutes
Drafting of documents, presentations, agendas and reports
Managing recruitment of new starters for the team
Organise interviews and offer correspondence
Administering staff folders, absence and exit interviews
To be successful in this role you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. Our ideal candidate would have previous experience as an Executive Assistant.
Initially the role is a 12 month fixed term contract basis but could progress to a permanent opportunity for the suitable candidate.
