Are you an experienced Trainer with experience of delivering training within a regulated industry?
We are looking for a capable, inspiring Trainer to deliver a training and instil exceptional business standards across the business.
Duties will include
• Conduct training needs analysis, identifying training requirements
• Prioritise training requirements and liaise with stakeholders
• Ensure operations personnel receive the best possible industry training, fit for purpose
• Design and deliver training across the Operations department
• Utilise various training styles to ensure successful learning
• Maintain training plans and skills matrices
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement
Skills and experience required
• Experience working a regulated environment
• Extensive track record of delivering engaging and successful training in organisations
• MS office suite including Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
• Ability to design comprehensive training materials
• Naturally inspiring communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of working with CRM systems and/or workflow management tools
