Job Role: Operations Administrator
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £18,000 - £19,000 with excellent benefits package
Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading financial service organisation, due to continued success they are looking to hire an experienced Administrator to join their operations department.
Our client are looking for Excel experts who have a keen eye for data, initially a work from home position you will be provided with the technology and support you need to be able to provide a first class service.
What does the role involve:
- Processing customer cases and data
- Reconciliation and data manipulation of records
- Producing and updating legal documentation
- Inputting sensitive and confidential information
- Liaising with internal teams and departments to ensure customer SLA's are met
- Providing operations guidance and support to the business
- Quality assurance duties
Who are we looking for?:
- IT Savvy – Advanced Excel skills
- Attention to detail with strong communication skills
