Job role: Multilingual European Administrator (French/German/Dutch/Swedish)
Pay Rate: £10ph
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5
Harper Recruitment Group are recruiting to a number of Multilingual roles based in Nottingham, you will be joining an international company within their E-commerce department
We are looking to recruit to the following languages:
What will the role involve:
Assisting on projects working closely with the customer service and sales teams
Liaising with customers via email and telephone
Updating European customers on delivery schedules
Processing customer orders using CRM database
Handling customer returns
Responding to all enquiries regarding services and products
Who are we looking for:
Candidates must also be Fluent in English alongside one of the mentioned languages.
Ability to troubleshoot independently
Relationship building and and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
