As part of the Businesses Marketing plan you will act as Brand Executive to the business delivering on co-worker engagement activities including events, sponsorships, social responsibility raising awareness across the Nottingham offices. You will drive the companies core values putting them at the heart of any related activities and be recognised a brand ambassador amongst your co-workers.
Duties will include
• Coordinating campaigns, from concept to delivery and measurement
• Utilising all communication tools to meet objectives and gain stakeholder feedback
• Write engaging copy for publication across media platforms
• Produce campaign analysis ensuring targets are met
• Track spend, collaborating with budget holders and monitor expenses
• Plan and coordinate internal and external company events
• Source venues and post event reviews
• Coordinate the branches social responsibility initiatives and charity engagement programmes
• Grow the social media community and report on performance
Skills and experience required
• Degree level qualification or equivalent in a Marketing discipline (CIM/IDM) advantageous
• Previous experience with integrated communications and driving brand awareness
• Social media savvy with ability to create and proof engaging on brand content
• Flexibility to attend and act as a brand ambassador at events
• B2B/B2C campaign management
• Natural relationship builder with superior communication skills
