Job Role: HR Manager
Location: Nottingham City Centre
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5
Harper Recruitment Group have an exciting HR opportunity for our City Centre based client, due to continued success and growth our client is looking for an experienced HR Manager.
You will be joining a financial services market leader, reporting to the Director of Legal and Compliance, responsible for all day to day employee relations whilst coaching the HR function. Our client offers an attractive benefits package and positive working environment.
What does the day to day look like?
Overseeing the delivery of ongoing HR strategic priorities
Effective talent acquisition, performance management and learning and development management
Senior lead on all employee relations matters, providing best practice guidance and advice
Working closely with HR BP to build an effective HR Operations function
Responsible for facilities management and budget
Building relationships with Trustees, Compliance and internal/external key stakeholders
Recruitment lead – defining roles, setting salary levels and effective decision making
Develop and provide people analytics
Ensuring that company policy and procedures are adhered to including regulatory matters and GDPR
Who are we looking for?
Previous experience in a HR Manager role
Financial services/Contact Centre experience advantageous
Excellent relationship builder with strong communication skills
Experienced in line management and partnering with senior leadership teams
Proven track record developing HR/People Strategy, content, policy and process.
