Job Role:  HR Advisor (Temporary, 3 months)
Location:  Leicester – Hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days from home – Full time
Hours:     Monday - Friday 9-5
Salary:     £25,000


Our client is looking for HR advisor to join their expanding team. Working closely with the HR Manager and HR Business Partner to ensure a well-rounded HR support service to the management teams and employees.

What does the day to day look like?

  • Recruitment administration: drafting of offer letters and contracts, interview scheduling
  • Responsible for the management of HR related queries
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new starters
  • Preparation of monthly payroll, resolving any pay queries
  • Collect, record and report on HR information data
  • Maintenance of employee files
  • Assisting the office manager with facilities and administration support

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a HR environment
  • Experience with anytime, attendance system and workday would be advantageous
  • Excellent relationship builder with strong communication skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach
