Job Role: Graduate Resourcer
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000
Location: Nottingham (NG10)

Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a successful Education Recruitment Agency, an exciting opportunity to join the energetic and fun team as their Graduate Resourcer

You will be working alongside the Senior Account Director, assisting with the recruiting teaching professionals across the Primary Education sector.

What will the role involve?

• Proactively support the recruitment and resourcing for the education industry
• Coordinate candidate attraction and responses
• Matching applicants to job specifications
• Build and develop relationships

Who are we looking for?

• No recruitment experience is required we will consider all backgrounds such as graduates, retail, call centre or customer service
• A flair for building relationships
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
