Job role: German Customer Service Administrator

Location: Nottingham & Derby Opportunities

Pay Rate £10ph

Hours: 37.5hours per week

Harper Recruitment Group are recruiting for multiple German speaking candidates for our prestigious clients, these vacancies will suit native speakers or applicants who have business level fluency in the German language.

We have numerous temp to perm positions available across both Derby and Nottingham with immediate starts.

What will the role involve?

-Providing customer service within a busy e-commerce department via email, telephone and live chat

-Processing customer orders using CRM database

-Responding to all enquiries regarding services and products via email

-Assisting customers with returns and replacements items

-Develop and maintain a project progress tracker

The ideal candidate will have:

-Business level fluency in the German language

-Accuracy and speed in order entry and e-mail communication to clients

-Ability to troubleshoot independently

-Relationship building and interpersonal skills

-Excellent oral and written communication skills
