We are looking for talented multilingual candidates to join a fantastic organisation based in Nottinghamshire but with the opportunity to work from home!
Duties will include:
- Providing technical support for clients in French AND English
- Logging all incidents on relevant software systems
- Diagnosing technical issues
- Providing solutions to customers over the telephone and email
- Escalating technical queries
- Providing excellent customer service
Skills / Experience Required:
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO COMPLETE INITIAL TRAINING FROM THEIR OFFICES BASED IN NEWARK, THEN THE ROLE WILL BE AVAILABLE WORKING FROM HOME (kit provided)
- Fully flexible approach to working hours – you must be available to work some evenings and weekends
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English OR Spanish and English
- Problem solving and attention to detail
- Customer service experience
- IT/Technical Support experience advantageous
