French Speaking Customer Service

Do you speak French? Our client is looking for French speaking customer service executives to provide support to their European clients. The role is fun, fast paced and based in modern, impressive offices and our client will provide full training and support!
Duties will include
• Providing 1st line IT support for a range of English and French clients
• Updating and maintaining the CRM database system
• Diagnosing technical queries and providing solutions over the telephone
• Escalating technical queries
• Working to service level agreements (SLA)
• Prioritise emails and respond to emails
• Fluent in both written and verbal French
• Previous experience in a Customer Service role or similar advantageous
• Flexible approach to working hours
