Job Role: Finance Team Administrator
Location: Nottingham City Centre
Salary: £9.23ph
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm

Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Finance department. You will be joining a vibrant successful business with exciting expansion plans.

What will the role involve?

Reporting in to the Finance manager
Responsible for all purchasing within the department
Posting payments to accounts
Producing invoices and statements
Resolving all invoice queries and disputes
Recording and reconciliation of transactions
Undertaking general clerical duties
Providing support to the credit control and payroll department

The ideal candidate needs:

Proven administration experience
Finance education or background desirable
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
