Job Role: Customer Support Coordinator (Sciences/Covid Team)
Hours: Monday – Friday 7.00am - 15.30pm/13.00pm-21.30pm
Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a leading scientific organisation, due to expansion they are looking to for a Customer Support champion to join their COVID response team.
You will be first point of contact for both corporate and private customer enquiries regarding COVID kits and results. You will be an excellent communicator, be customer focussed and have great organisational skills
What will the role involve?
Responding to a high volume of customer email queries
Liaising with internal teams including laboratories, stores and logistics
Updating customers with the progress of COVID kit results and deliveries
Investigating missing parts and customer complaints
Providing a high level of customer service in line with agreed SLAs’
Who are we looking for?
Proven Customer Support experience
Organised and ability to work at a fast pace
IT savvy – advanced excel skills
