Job Role: Customer Support Co-ordinator
Salary: £20,000k
Hours: 37.5 hours shift patterns: 6 am to 2 pm / 9 am to 5.30 pm / 2 pm to 10 pm


We are working with a leading global IT provider who are expanding their Customer Service Team in Nottingham.

Duties will include:

  • Manage end to end customer service experience
  • Recording all customer interaction
  • Collating monthly reporting statistics
  • Handling customer enquiries
  • Accurate collation of monthly billing for customers

Skills and experience required:

  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Flexible approach to hours of work
  • Good knowledge of office systems
