Job Role: Customer Support Advisor (x20)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Shift patterns Monday - Sunday)
Do you have proven customer service experience? Harper Recruitment Group are looking to recruit multiple Customer Service champions to work for an iconic retailer at their head office.
If you have a background in Retail, Hospitality or a Contact centre environment we would love to hear from you.
What will the role involve?:
Liaising with customers via telephone and email
Coordinating and tracking of customer orders
Planning projects with customers and internal teams
Building rapport and solid relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure brand loyalty
Responsible for the coordination of returns
Resolving customer queries
Discussing product lines and launching new stock
Producing reports and tracking couriers
Providing support for loyalty cards
Proven customer service experience
Computer literate - excel knowledge essential
Ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to multitask and make decisions
