Job Role: Customer Service Officer
Pay Rate: £18-20k + Excellent benefits package
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Are you a Customer Service Hero? Our client are looking for candidates who put the customer first.
Our client are one of Nottingham success stories due to expansion they are looking to recruit in their customer service teams at head office based in the heart of the City Centre.
Your day to day duties will look like this:
Handling inbound calls from customers regarding their energy accounts
Assisting with general inquiries from new and existing customers
Setting up new customers on to the system
Switching customers from alternative energy providers
Discussing various tariffs and options
Processing customer payments
Updating and maintaining databases
Resolving any billing issues
Responding to and preparing written correspondence
Working to KPI's and targets
Successful applicants will meet the following criteria:
Proven customer service experience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong numeracy skills
Confident and motivated
