Customer Service Executive (German)
Are you a fluent German speaker? We are recruiting for an online luxury brand business who are looking for a customer service professional to manage their German customer base.
Duties will include
• Liaising with German customers via email and telephone
• Delivering an excellent customer service experience
• Processing customer orders, exchanges and returns
• Account management and credit control
• Ensuring a positive customer experience
Skills and experience required
• Fluent English and German (written and spoken) – essential
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Previous experience in a customer relations role, contact centre and/or retail
