Job Role: Customer Complaint Specialist
Location: Nottingham (Beeston/Long Eaton)
Pay Rate: £17,000 - £19,500(Temp to Perm)
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours

Harper Recruitment Group are recruiting for a contemporary luxury retailer. Due to expansion and continued success our client have a vacancy for a Customer Complaint Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key accounts and resolving any issues .

What does the role involve:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager responding to customer issues
Responding to complaints via telephone, email and social media platforms
Identifying cause of complaint and managing employer relationships
Liaising with customer care, quality and technical teams to organise repairs/returns
Resolving all complaints within agreed time scales and SLA's
Negotiating costings and refunds
Updating and maintaining associated administration records
Working with internal contacts to ensure compliance
