Job Role: Customer Care Advisor (Health & Fitness)
Location: Nottingham
Pay Rate: £18.5-20k (depn on exp)
Hours: 37.5 hours

You will be joining a fun and vibrant team who pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service, this a customer support role with a difference!
What does the role involve?
Providing support to customers via email, live chat and telephone
Advising on nutritional queries – this is where the health & fitness interest comes in handy!
Assisting with technical issues
Manage membership and payment queries
Customer research and ad-hoc projects
Using clear, concise and friendly command of the English language for written responses
Updating customer records and administration duties
Who are we looking for?
An excellent communicator with strong written skills
Nutrition or sports science qualification advantageous
Tech Savvy
Experience within a customer service position
Good attention to detail
