We are looking to hear from experienced Credit Controllers who are confident communicators at all levels, numerate and have good Excel skills. 

Duties will include:

• Collecting the firm’s debt by telephone, email and letter within defined guidelines
• Organising internal meetings and reviewing outstanding debt in person and via MS Teams
• Carrying out verification checks in line with money laundering regulations 
• Preparing and raise bills using a bespoke electronic billing system 
• Using Excel and updating a variety of reports and spreadsheets
