Job Role: Temporary Contract Administrator
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30-5.30
Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a technical organisation just a stones throw from Derby City Centre, we are looking for a motivated Administrator to join our client for a 9-12 month project.
What will the role involve?
Processing new contracts for technical works
Allocating PO's and and tracking costings
Producing updates and reports using Excel
Assisting with new starter contracts and on-boarding
Tracking schedules and information from suppliers
Issuing contracts for new and existing staff
Providing full administration support to the management team
Proven administration experience
Must be IT Savvy and able to navigate Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills
A team player with great attention to detail
