Commercial Manager 
Circa £25K - £35K (DOE) + CAR

Are you an experienced Manager with ability to demonstrate strong commercial acumen? 
We have an exceptionally unique opportunity to join a business that has exciting expansion plans and is looking for a commercially astute individual to contribute to its growth. The successful Commercial Manager will be operationally responsible for maintaining the efficient running of the business whilst identifying cost saving initiatives and delivering on expansion objectives. 
Duties will include 
•    Contract management – including quoting and analysis of changes during the contract life.
•    Overall responsibility for scheduling and allocating a busy workload.
•    Financial analysis and budget management.
•    Responsible for Health and Safety in the business, including insurance incidents.
•    Line managerial responsibility of x2 Operations assistants.
•    Responsible for appraisals and staff welfare.
•    Invoicing and implementing new invoicing software. 
•    Overall responsibility for maintaining client relationships. 

Skills and experience required 
•    Previous experience in a similar role essential with a background in fleet management, transport, freight or logistics is of interest.
•    People focused with experience of performance management.
•    Embraces, encourages and drives change.
•    Analytical skills with the capability to identify and suggest cost saving initiatives.
•    Full UK Driving Licence.
