Job Role: Client Support Administrator (6 months)
Hours: Monday – Friday 9-5
Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading financial services organisation based in Nottingham City Centre.
We are looking for outgoing candidates to work on a 6-month project.
What will the role involve?
Handling customer inbound queries via email and telephone
Updating personal records and details
Activating customer memberships
Liaising with internal teams to resolve any issues
Producing correspondence and confirmation via email
Completing all required administration
Who are we looking for?
Excellent attention to detail
Proven customer service experience
Ability to multi-task and adapt
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
