We are looking for experienced Complaints/Claims Handlers to join a fun and friendly company in Nottingham city centre. The ideal candidate will have a background in Financial Services and experience handling escalated calls or complaints.
Duties:
- Taking ownership of customer complaints and queries
- Evaluation and investigation into issues
- Decision making
- Accurately recording claims and complaints
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining professionalism and adhering to regulatory guidelines and SLAs
Experience/Skills Required:
- Customer service/call centre/complaints experience essential
- Financial Services background
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- MS Office
