Job role: Business Support Administrator (Temporary)
Pay Rate £9.20
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours
Harper Recruitment Group are recruitment are looking for an Administrator to join a local legal client for a long term temporary contract.
What will the role involve?
• Providing a professional front of house support
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills liaising with customers
• Processing payments and invoices
• Creating documents
• Answering calls and redirecting
• Offering advice and information to visitors
• Organising meetings and events
• Booking meeting rooms
• Proven Administration/Office support experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
You will be working within a small team and will be comfortable working to deadlines.
This is a temporary position initially for around 12 weeks with the potential to be extended, candidates must be able to commit for the duration.
