Job role: Business Support Administrator (Temporary)
Pay Rate £8.50
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours
Harper Recruitment Group are recruitment are looking for an Administrator to join our local government client for a long term temporary contract.
What will the role involve?
Providing a professional front of house support
Demonstrating excellent communication skills liaising with customers
Processing payments and invoices
Answering calls and redirecting
Offering advice and information to visitors
Organising meetings and events
Booking meeting rooms
Proven Administration/Office support experience
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
You will be working within a small team and will be comfortable working to deadlines.
This is a temporary position initially for around 12 weeks with the potential to be extended, candidates must be able to commit for the duration.
