Due to expansion and success we are looking for an energetic rapport builder to promote the company services to potential business. The business is a leading force in the telecoms and IT solutions sector and pride themselves on being a leading innovative force in the tech industry.
They will provide full training and support on their products and services so no technical experience is necessary, however a technical interest/aptitude would be advantageous.
• Following up leads from marketing email campaigns and website enquiries
• Booking qualified appointments with key decision makers for the wider Sales team
• Updating and maintaining the integrity of the CRM database
• Working to targets and KPI’s
• Pursuing warm leads generated from cookies, PPC and organic internet searches
Skill and experience required
• Previous experience in a telesales, sales role advantageous
• Comfortable with a high volume of telephone calls
• High quality communication skills
The role is based in well appointed, smart offices in Burton-on-Trent and the opportunity could suit either full time or part time working hours.
