Role: Temporary Administrator
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30-5
Harper Recruitment Group are recruiting for a well established organisation. Our client have a temporary contract available to help with holiday cover and cover a busy period.
You will be providing an efficient Administration support to a busy commercial and bid department.
Tracking all incoming new job requests
Allocating works to commercial team
Liaising with clients to provide progress report's
Providing administration support to the departmental managers
Completing all required paperwork
Updating internal CRM databases
Who are we looking for?
Proven administration experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to commit to a 3 week contact
