Job Role: Accounts Assistant
Salary: 19,000 plus excellent career prospects
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5.30pm
Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with an innovative manufacturing company based in Loughborough.
Due to recent promotion our client have an opportunity within their expanding Accounts team, - a role that offers progression and study support!
This could suit a recent graduate or someone with a genuine interest to start a career within Accounts.
Duties will include
Managing the recovery of customer debts ensuring invoices are paid on time
Overseeing the processing and distributing of all customer invoices
Resolve customer invoice queries and raise approved credit notes
Evaluate new credit requests and review customer rankings
Reporting of debtor performance and cash flow forecasts to the Senior Management team
Process customer refunds and organise customer POD’s
Matching stock invoices against Purchase Orders
Create monthly supplier payment schedules
Assist with Accounts payable inbox
Skill and experience required:
Positive and helpful "Can do" attitude
IT Savvy- knowledge of MS Office with Excel
Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse numerical data
Excellent communication skills
