Job Role: Temporary Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper
Pay Rate: £10-12ph
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5
Harper Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a reputable legal firm in Nottingham City Centre, this would suit somebody with at least 1 years experience in bookkeeping or accounts.
What will the role involve?
Preparing and posting journals, purchase and sales ledgers
Matching Sales Invoices against receipts
Managing staff expenses claims
Managing the company pensions through an online tool.
Control of the debtors, chasing payment and sending out letters when required.
Processing and data entry of three corporate credit cards on a monthly basis.
Entering purchase orders onto Sage 50 Accounts
Booking in/filing of delivery notes and keeping up with archive of all office paperwork.
Proven accounts experience
