Are you an experienced Account Manager looking for the opportunity to demonstrate your relationship and sales skills within an award-winning business? Our client is growing its UK Sales team and are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to nurture existing business and help increase their market share.
Duties will include
• Acting as the main point of contact for all customer account queries
• Building and maintaining meaningful, long term client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close sales
• Ensure services are delivered in a timely and successful manner
• Communicate the progression of the monthly and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
• New business development activity to maximise on existing clients
• Create reports and liaise with the Sales team to identify new client opportunities
Skills and experience required
• Proven experience in a similar role essential; Account Manager, Sales or similar
• Knowledge of IT services and solutions industry or technology background advantageous
• Ability to communicate confidently and influence key stakeholders
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation ability
