Account Manager
£30,000 - £40,000 (DOE) + Bonus

We are looking for a skilled Account Manager with a natural ability to develop and sustain long term quality-based client relationships. If the prospect of managing a diverse portfolio of clients and providing an exceptional customer service experience excites you this could be the perfect platform to develop your career.

Duties will include
• Acting as the main escalation point for a variety of clients, identifying any sales requirements and ensuring 100% client satisfaction
• Quoting, negotiating and managing relationships with suppliers
• Maintain industry and product knowledge through training (webinars, training events)
• Identify subscription renewal dates and system updates to maximise on sales opportunities
• Organise annual client review meetings and audits
• Provide presales and implementation advise to ensure minimal disruption to client workflow
Skills and experience required
• Previous experience in a similar Account Management or MSP based role essential
• Knowledge of the IT/Communication industry advantageous
• Basic support knowledge of Windows based operating systems advantageous
• Project Management and strong communication ability
• Current, valid UK driving license
